Are You in One of Canada's Best Provinces, or One of the Worst?

As we come back from the Canada Day long weekend, it seems apropos to ponder the question, is your province one of Canada's worst, or one of Canada's best?
The gang at Abacus Data crunched the numbers across a myriad of categories such as Best and Worst Managed, Lowest and Highest Income Taxes, and Most and Least Friendly People. To put it broadly, if you're in a business frame of mind, it's Alberta you want to go to since it placed first in Best Managed, Best Place to Open a Business and Lowest Taxes. People in the tourism business in British Columbia should be happy since it's number one with the Best Scenery and is the province people want to visit most. Newfoundland, meanwhile, can take heart that it has the friendliest people.
On the flip side, Quebec takes home raspberries for being the Worst Managed and the Least Friendly, Ontario is erroneously pegged as having the Highest Taxes, and Saskatchewan's great plains are hung with the Least Beautiful Scenery label.
